Installation

Thanks to plug and play technology, installing TOSCAâ„¢ is simple and intuitive. We guide you step by step through every phase: from choosing the optimal placement to connecting to the electrical system, water supply, and drainage. Every detail is carefully designed to ensure full efficiency and require minimal effort from you. Our commitment is to ensure you can achieve every goal with ease and confidence.

Fresh mozzarella cheese in 4 easy steps

1. Add the curd

Open the lid and insert the thawed curd. Alternatively, pour the pre-measured bag of powdered curd into the kneading vat along with fresh butter and milk. At this point, close the lid.

2. Start the production

Select one of the automatic programs based on the inserted curd and press start. TOSCAâ„¢ autonomously initiates all the stretching and forming phases, following the preset recipe. Your mozzarella is ready in 10 minutes!

3. Collect the mozzarella

At the end of the process, remove your mozzarella from the stainless steel vat and get ready to serve or package it. If you want to start a new production cycle, you can replace the forming rollers as needed.

4.Clean the machine

At the end of the day, run the dedicated cleaning program from the touchscreen. The internal Teflon surfaces ensure quick cleaning and high hygiene standards.
